ShipStation allows you to send your orders to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) who then picks, packs, and ships those orders, while ShipStation then updates the shipping information back to the respective selling channels. If you don’t have an Amazon FBA account yet, feel free to learn more about Amazon FBA.

Before sending orders to fulfillment, you must first add FBA as a Fulfillment Provider, and ensure the SKUs associated with your products match the SKUs listed in your Amazon Seller Central account. If you have done both of these, skip ahead to the Process an FBA Order section.
