I bought a theme for my wp site and it wont allow me to add a recently purchased theme package. It gives me an Internal Error. I have updated my wp version. Could this have to do with the fact I am using a mac now? I can not seem to figure it out.

I’m wondering if you are uploading the entire theme package from the developer instead of just the theme.zip itself.
Did you extract the zip file you received to see if there is another .zip within? The zip within would be the .zip file to try and upload.
Most of the times, the theme is broken and not compatible with your current wordpress version.
